What information we collect
We only collect the information needed to provide our dog walking, training, and pet care services, such as
• name and contact details (phone number, email address, address or general location)
• Information about your dog(s) (name, age, breed, behaviour, medical needs)
• Emergency contact details
• Any other information you choose to provide when you contact us or complete an enquiry form
How we use your information
We use your personal data to:
• Respond to enquiries and communicate with you
• Arrange and provide dog walking, training, and pet care services
• Keep basic records for administration and accounting purposes
• Meet our legal obligations (for example, record keeping or responding to lawful requests)
Our legal basis for processing your data is usually contract (to provide services you have requested) and legitimate interests (to run and grow our small business in a reasonable way).

How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to:
• Provide our services and manage our relationship with you,
• Meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
After this, we will securely delete or anonymise your information.
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.
